The space

This is a gracious, two story home. The dining room has seating for 8.
The master suite and bathroom is located on the main level of the house. The second floor has a work space at the top of the landing. The two guestrooms on this level share a bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom has two queen beds. The loft space is accessible from the kitchen and is located above the garage. It is finished, separate, private and is a perfect space for kids to hang out. The loft has a queen bed.

Kenwood is a quiet, rural community surrounded by vineyards and world class wineries. Please enjoy the quiet surroundings and respect our neighbors privacy and serenity.

Other things to note

One week prior to arrival I will send check-in details and your unique access code for the locks.

On alternating weeks the gardener shows up to clean the grounds.

The pool is not heated. The pool is maintained weekly and the caretaker stops by every Thursday.
